Our Services are supplemental educational tools. They do not replace:

• Your nursing school curriculum or clinical education

• Institutional training, policies, or protocols

• Official NCLEX® resources or communications from regulatory bodies

Nothing in our courses, videos, question banks, written explanations, coaching interactions, or other materials:

These limitations on guarantees work together with the limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers in our Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency, the Terms of Use will control.

All practice questions, explanations, and simulations provided by Jade NursingPrep™:

• Are created by Jade NursingPrep™ or our content partners

• Are not official NCLEX® questions

• Are not taken from NCSBN® item banks or secure exams

• Are not endorsed or reviewed by NCSBN®

Practice materials are designed to:

• Support critical thinking and clinical reasoning

• Familiarize you with NCLEX® item formats and scenarios

• Help identify strengths and weaknesses

They do not replicate the exact content, format, or difficulty of any official NCLEX® exam.

In clinical settings, you remain responsible for:

• Following institutional policies and protocols

• Practicing within your scope of practice and licensure

• Seeking appropriate supervision and guidance

• Uses computerized adaptive testing

• Draws questions from secure NCSBN® item banks

Jade NursingPrep™ materials are independent practice tools and do not include actual NCLEX-RN® items.

9.2 NCLEX-PN®

The NCLEX-PN®:

• Is administered by NCSBN® and authorized testing centers

• Tests knowledge and judgment of entry-level practical/vocational nurses

In addition to the limitations of liability in our Terms of Use, Jade NursingPrep™ will not be liable for:

• Failure to pass any examination or obtain licensure

• Any employment or career outcome, including hiring decisions, compensation, or promotion

• Any clinical decisions you make or fail to make in real-world settings

• Any alleged loss of opportunity, income, or reputation related to exam performance

You use Jade NursingPrep™ content as a supplement to, not a replacement for, your formal education and professional responsibilities.

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in exam frameworks, nursing standards, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
